Prices 

Are the website prices higher as compared to Nursery Prices?

Yes. The reason is that the nursery and the online delivery are two completely different business models. There are certain costs such as packaging, shipping, customer service that are associated with the online deliveries and are not a part of the nursery. Please note that there is a considerable difference in between the Nursery and the Online Prices. 
Why are your prices higher as compared to other websites?
Sometimes there can be a geniune difference in the quality of the product. Sometimes it may so happen that because of our overheads our prices are higher. 
What do you suggest - where should we buy from ?
Sometimes coming to the nursery and buying from the nursery is the best option. But most of our customers are outside of Pune and hence that is not an option from them. 

For some products we believe we offer the best possible prices. We suggest customers do their research before making a purchase with us. 
Why is there a difference between Amazon Pricing and your pricing ?
There are multiple reasons for the same. Sometimes Amazon runs promotions the expenses of which are borne by Amazon. Sometimes we offer promotional offers on our website. 

It's not possible for us to always match our website prices with our prices on Amazon. Sometimes the prices will be higher sometimes they will be lower.
Is the Bulk Pricing different ?
Yes. If you are buying in bulk the prices are different. However, what is considered as a bulk order is decided on a case to case basis. 
We have a seperate team that takes care of the bulk orders. 
How much is the difference between the bulk pricing and the Website pricing ?
That difference depends upon a number of factors such as the product you are buying, the quantities you want to purchase, the stock we have, etc. It's a dynamic process and is evaluated on a case to case basis.

Payment Related

What forms of payment does the shop have?
We accept almost all types of Online Payments. You can make the payment via Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking. We have also integrated Wallets such as Paytm and Google Pay. 

Do you accept International Cards ?
Yes, we do accept some of the International cards. Try making the payment with the International card and if the payment does not go through you can make the payment via Paypal.

Do you accept Payments via Bank Transfer ?
Yes we do. We have accounts in HDFC Bank.  To make payment by Bank Transfer please ask one of our representatives. Please make the payment in the Account of Chhajed Garden only. Please do not make any transfers in personal account. 
I have made the payment but have not received the order confirmation ?
This does happen sometimes because of technical issues with the payment gateway. In such cases please allow 24-48 hours to get back to you.

Do you take orders on Cash on Delivery Basis ?
No. We do not serve orders on Cash on Delivery basis. We used to do COD orders but we no more serve COD orders.

Order Information

What should I do if I want to order?
We have explained the ordering process in the Youtube Video. Please go through the same. The order process is very simple like any other ordering process. 
Can I order by phone?

We prefer taking orders on the website. But incase you feel you are not able to place an order we can take the order on phone. 

I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price ...) what to do?
If you have already placed an order we suggest you contact us giving us reference of your order no. However, if you have not placed the order please inquire with us via Whatsapp or via Phone before placing an order. 
Why did I receive a cancellation / out of stock notification after I successfully placed an order?
In some cases because of miscommunication or some other issues the orders need to be cancelled. In such cases the refunds will be made immidiately. 
I want to cancel my order?

Once the order is processed we will not be able to cancel the order.  You can drop us a message to check whether the order is processed. We recommend you place the order only when you want the order. 

Do you take orders on Cash on Delivery Basis ?
As of now we do not service any orders on Cash on Delivery Basis. 
Can I change my order information?
Changing the order once it's placed creates a lot of miscommunication internally. So we request you not to make any changes in the order once it's placed. 

However, if you do need to change the order please drop us a message on Whatsapp +91-7303231231 or write to us on sales@chhajedgarden.com. If it possible to make the changes we will do the needful
Can I change the delivery address?
Changing the order once it's placed creates a lot of miscommunication internally. So we request you not to make any changes in the order once it's placed. 
Changing the delivery address once the order is shipped is not possible. Before shipping there is a possibility of changing the same however it is a tedious process. 
Can I add more products to my order or can I change the order quantities ?
No. Once the order is placed we will not be able to change the order quantities. Neither would we be able to cancel the order. If you need to add anything place a new order. 


Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship from?
We are based in Pune. Most of our orders are shipped from Pune. There are a few orders that are shipped from different locations but most are shipped from Pune.
How much time does it take for you to ship the order?
There are some products for which we are able to ship the orders the same day. However, there are few products which are made to order and for such products we might need 2 weeks to ship the order.
Once shipped how soon will I receive my order ?
Well, that depends. The delivery time depends upon the mode of shipping and your location. Once we ship the order you will receive the tracking no. You can check the status of the package on the courier company's site.
My order is shipped however I have not received the order ?
If you have not received the order and are not able to track the package please inform immediately. We will check with the courier company and get back to you. Please do not worry and be assured that the issue will be resolved for you. 
How can I check the order status?
It normally takes us 2-14 days to ship the order depending upon the products ordered. For Orders that take longer to ship we normally inform the customers. And the longer shipping times are mentioned on the product page as well.

However, you can always check your order status by logging into the My Account Section. You can also drop us a message on Whatsapp or email. 
Can I change the address once the order is placed.?
We will not be able to change the address once you have placed the order.
Why is my order shipped in multiple parts ?
We ship the order in multiple parts so as not to delay the order. Whichever products are available first and shipped first. Please note that all the products from your order will be shipped and for some reason if a product is not available a refund for the same will be made.
My order was not delivered as requested?

What if wrong product delivered to the me?

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the product?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in good condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the quality of the product is not up to the expectation. In this case you can write to us at  sales@chhajedgarden.com or call +91-7303231231 and we will take the required corrective action. 

Refunds and Returns 

Within How many days can I return the order once placed?
We do not accept returns in most of the cases. Returns are only accepted for reasons such as product is not the same as ordered, product has reached you in a damaged condition, etc. We request the customer to make a complain with in 24 hours of receipt of the product. 

For such cases you are requested to make a small video of the product with packaging and share the video with us on Whatsapp +91-7303231231
Who will take care of the returns?
Honestly, we have do not have systems set for returns. There are some cases in which we will take care of the returns but in some cases the customer has to take care of the returns. Please make sure to keep the original packaging material and invoice as you will need the same for returns. 
How much time does it take to refund ?
Once we initiate a refund from our end it normally takes 3-8 working days for the refunds to be credited to your account. This is the standard time taken by the payment gateway. 
How will I receive the details of my refund ?
All the details related to refund will be shared on email. You will receive all the order related communication on your phone and on your email.

What is chhajedgarden.com return policy?


We do not have an easy return Policy. If a wrong/defective product is delivered or you are not satisfied with the quality then you are required to send us a photo and video of the damaged Product. In some cases you are required to send the Product back to us and the return instructions shall be communicated to you. 

What are the modes of refund available?

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is directly made to your Credit Card , Debit Card or Net banking account . For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery , Bank Transfer , Delhivery we make the refund to your Bank Account . (We need the Account Holder’s name, Account No, Bank Name, Branch Name, IFSC Code and A/c Type – if it’s a current or Saving’s account)
