Shipping & Delivery Policy
ChhajedGarden is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given period. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Flat shipping charge of Rs.100 is charged for order value up to Rs.1000 and free shipping is offered for order value above Rs.1000. Please note, for some Items like Plants and Home Decor Items, which are of bulky in nature and perishable, shipping charges will be extra depending on the location and order size. For such order, a note has been added to the product mentioning the same ‘please note for order for plants and other bulky Items, shipping charges will be informed on a telephonic call / through email’.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the list, except Octroi / Local Body Tax, as applicable in your region. Generally, Octroi / LBT are not applicable for Plants / Lucky Bamboos.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
However, there are few products, which have made to order type and will need a period of about 15 days for the delivery .The it shall be notified to you .We will make sure, that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible. If you have any issues with regards to the delivery of the order please send an email. We prefer email communication as compared to a phone communication.
What if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-7303231231 or email us at sales@ChhajedGarden.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order Id.
What if the Product get damaged during transit (Like Ceramic products)?
Most of the products damaged in transit are Fragile Items. We make sure that we insure the products before shipping and make your experience a pleasant one. In Case of any damage, we will replace the products at our cost.
How do you ship the plants?
The plants have been divided into various categories. We do ship some plant varieties like the Anthuriums, Orchids all over India. But the supply of other varieties is currently limited to Pune and Mumbai .If you require more information about the plants and would like to get it shipped to places other than Pune or Mumbai you may please call us at +91-9225338121 and we shall see we do our best to make you happy. Plants in Pune will be delivered within 3-4 working days on a Bike/Tempo depending on the Order Size. Order for Plants from Mumbai will be delivered by Tempo within 7 working days. (However, minimum order for plants from Mumbai must be Rs.5000)
Can I track my order ?
Yes, you can track the order by logging in the My Account section. After we ship the item, a tracking Id will be provided to you and you may check the shipment status at our shipping Partner's Website.
Are the plants same as seen in the pictures?
A lot of care has been taken to make sure that the pictures of most of the products are taken from our nursery itself however; as plants are living things the actual plants may differ a little from the picture.
How do we take care of the plants?
We shall provide you with a manual containing instructions of how should you take care of the plants.

Replacement and Warranty, Cancellation of Orders
Do you offer replacement and Warranty for the products?
ChhajedGarden shall provide you the warranty of the products that come with warranty like the lawn movers. The details of the same shall be provided to you at the time of Purchase.
Can we cancel the order once it’s placed?
The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us .The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept any returns of Live Plants and Fragile Products. Products manufactured and Customised as per the customers requirements will also not be considered under returns. Please note that all the Fiber, Stainless Planters are manufactured as per the customers orders and will not considered for a refund.
To keep the prices competetive and fair, cost of returns has not been considered in the product pricing, if the product is as described and however if it is not compatible with the customers intended use we will accept returns. Please note that the cost of the packaging, cost incurred for sending and returning the product is to be borne by the customer. Upon deduction of the above cost and receipt of the product in good condition balance amount will be refunded to your account in 15 working days. Please note that the packaging is to be done is such a way that the product is received to us in good condition.
Our systems are designed in such a way that the product has to be returned by the customer using his own logistics at his own cost. Before sending the Product kindly communicate through the email so that we are aware also mention the order no in the email.
All the customers are requested to read the Returns and Refund Policies very carefully. Any documents associated with sending and returing the product has to be provided by the customer.
Return of Products due to Pricing:
Please note our website has been designed to cater to the retail requirements and to deliver these products across pan India basis. Due to various cost associated with running an online business the prices on website are higher for most of the products as compared to a Offline Store. Please note this is due to the business model and this does not involve any kindly of cheating or fraud. All the Product Pricing has been displayed on the website and the customers will be charged accordingly.
Please note that our prices are on a higher side and kindly place the order only if the above policies are acceptable to you.
Also, Note that our liabilty for any products is requested to the value of the goods.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on the email id provided at the time of registration if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
It so happens that the products that you order sometimes are out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered we cancel the order the same or next day inform you the same, and we make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.
